Marine flares expire after three years and must be disposed of lawfully. Roads and Maritime will be running a collection program in January for disposal of your marine flares at the below locations and times.
Flares are no longer collected at service centres, registries or maritime sites so please ensure you make it to these drop offs. Flares can NOT be placed in your kerbside collection bin as they are a safety hazard and can cause harm to our collection staff.
